If you arrive later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule if there are other clients scheduled following your appointment and your appointment cannot be accommodated in the remaining time. If you need to cancel an appointment, please cancel by calling 843-757-2270 at least 48 BUSINESS hours in advance. If you cancel within a period of less than 24 BUSINESS hours, you will be charged a $35.00 cancellation fee and considered a “no show” for that appointment slot. Patients who accumulate 3 “no show” appointments within a 12 month period will not be allowed to reschedule.

We reserve the right to charge for email correspondence that requires Dr. consultation time.
